I've been thinking about what to say, however, it is time to post my review. I will be as factual as possible:
We boarded both our dogs over Christmas from December 23 to January 2nd. When we returned on January 2nd only one of our dogs was returned while we informed that our male had gone missing. Now he has not gone missing that morning, he had been missing since December 27th and we were not informed until January 2nd. Had we known we would've come home early. We were in constant contact with the facility after to facilitate more searching etc. however, their contact dwindled. I do not recommend this facility. While they did help us search after we returned, we've not seen our dog since he was dropped off. My children are devastated.
Kristi is a wonderful instructor. I love her knowledge in positive reinforcement training. I also love that she teaches me to train my own
